“According to local legend about 35 years ago, a Nanaimo housewife entered her recipe for chocolate squares in a magazine contest… The entry won a prize, thereby promoting the town as much as her cooking.”
GOD BLESS THE OPPRESSED CANADIAN HOUSEWIFE!
I’ve bought these delicious squares before but never attempted to make them.
But holy cow, these are delicious, I’m hooked.. and it’s a no bake recipe too. win win win.
Thankyou anonymous housewife, thankyou.
